Who we are

A parts manufacturer, not a re-boxer

NEXORA was formed to give aftermarket distributors a direct line to the factory floor. We own the process from forging and machining through heat treatment, assembly and final inspection, which means specifications, packaging and documentation stay consistent order after order.

Our engineering group benchmarks OE teardown samples for every new application group before tooling is released. Failure modes seen in the field — boot splitting, encoder signal loss, premature bearing noise — drive the specification changes we make, so each program launches stronger than the part it replaces.

Our mission: supply replacement parts that installers trust on the first fit and distributors can stock with confidence.

A four-stage process, engineered end to end

From material certification through final packaging, every stage is documented and tied back to the batch it came from.

Material Selection & Certification

Forged alloy steel is sourced and certified against load and fatigue requirements before entering production.

Precision CNC Machining

Components are machined to ±0.02mm tolerance, verified against OE reference geometry at each station.

Controlled Assembly & Sealing

Units are assembled and sealed in a contamination-controlled environment to protect long-term durability.

Packaging & Batch Release

Finished units are packaged with full batch traceability before release to distribution.
